1. Who Can Use Varynt
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13 to 17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent.
AI Kids Corner content is created and managed through adult account holders. Children do not hold their own accounts.
The After Dark suite is available only to verified users 18 and older. Attempting to access After Dark as a minor is grounds for account termination.
2. Your Account, Subscriptions, and Credits
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually at the published rates. Each tier includes a monthly credit allocation used for generation and platform actions.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for money, and do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access and remaining credits continue through the end of your current paid period.
3. Your Content and What You Own
You own the content you upload. Subject to these Terms and applicable model licenses, you own the outputs you generate.
Commercial use rights are included on every paid tier. You can sell, license, and publish what you create.
You grant Varynt a limited, non exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. Varynt does not sell your content.
4. Likeness, AI Twinfluencer™, and Biometric Consent
You may train an AI likeness only of yourself, or of another person who has given documented written consent uploaded at the time of training.
Face and voice training data is biometric information. Before training begins you will be asked for the express written consent described in our Privacy Policy. Training a likeness of any person without consent is prohibited and results in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
AI generated likeness content carries platform disclosure metadata identifying it as AI generated. Removing or altering that metadata is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Varynt to create, upload, or share content that:
Is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates any person's rights;
Sexualizes minors in any way. Zero tolerance. Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement;
Depicts any person in intimate or sexual content without their documented consent;
Impersonates a real person without consent, or spreads material misinformation about elections or public health;
Harasses, threatens, defames, or promotes hatred against any person or group;
Introduces malware, scrapes the Service, resells access, or uses outputs to train competing AI models.
6. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on Varynt infringes your copyright, submit a notice through the Help Center to our designated DMCA agent. We follow the notice and takedown procedures of 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and terminate repeat infringers.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varynt's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Varynt in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
The Service is provided as is and as available. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varynt's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Varynt in the 12 months before the claim arose.
