1. Why This Policy Exists
Every generation on Varynt consumes real compute resources the moment you create. Credits are delivered instantly and services begin immediately, so there is nothing to return. Our Free tier exists so you can experience the platform before spending a dollar.
2. What You Can Always Do
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your access and remaining credits stay active through the end of your current paid period.
Start free. The Free tier lets you create before you commit.
Get help. Billing questions go to the Help Center at varynt.app/help and we respond within two business days.
3. Exceptions Required by Law
Billing errors. Duplicate charges and processing errors are corrected and refunded in full.
EU and UK customers. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital services and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal once service begins. Where that consent has not been given, the statutory right applies.
Australian customers. Nothing in this policy excludes guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the service is faulty or not as described, remedies required by that law apply.
Other jurisdictions. Where local law mandates a refund, local law prevails.
4. Chargebacks
Contact the Help Center before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute resolves. Varynt responds to all payment disputes with complete transaction records.
