Go to the KROMAH Engine and select "New Creator." Choose a Cultural Root, set your Melanin Match, and describe the look you want — KROMAH generates a first draft in under a minute.
What is Melanin Match?
Melanin Match is VARYNT's skin-tone accuracy system. It lets you select from a wide, true-to-life shade range so your AI creator's skin tone stays consistent across every generated image.
Do I need any design experience?
No. VARYNT is built for creators, marketers, and founders without a design background. Presets and guided prompts handle the heavy lifting.
What's the difference between an AI Creator and an AI Twinfluencer™?
An AI Creator is any character you build on VARYNT. An AI Twinfluencer™ is a creator modeled closely on a real person's likeness, with extra cultural-accuracy and consent safeguards applied during setup.
Can I import a reference photo to start?
Yes — upload a reference photo during creator setup and KROMAH will use it to guide facial structure, skin tone, and styling in the first draft.
How many creators can I build on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes 20 credits per month, which covers a handful of creators and drafts. You can upgrade anytime for more generation volume.
Where do I manage my creators after I've made them?
All your creators live in your Dashboard, where you can edit, duplicate, retire, or submit them for ATII certification.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Generation pauses until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade instantly to unlock more credits right away.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Annual plans can also be invoiced for teams on the Vanguard tier.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Every payment automatically generates a receipt under Account Settings → Billing → History, downloadable as a PDF.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from Account Settings → Billing. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my creators if I downgrade?
Your creators stay intact. Downgrading only affects your monthly credit allowance and access to higher-tier generation features.

How long does generation take?

What does "Cultural Root" mean?
Cultural Root is a setting that grounds a creator's styling, features, and Melanin Match defaults in one of eleven real-world cultural communities, keeping generations authentic rather than generic.
Can I regenerate a result I don't like?
Yes, use the Regenerate button on any result. It costs one credit and keeps your original prompt and settings so only the output changes.
What image resolution does KROMAH output?
Standard generations output at 1024×1024. Pro and Vanguard plans unlock high-resolution export up to 4K.
Can I use KROMAH-generated images commercially?
Yes, all generations on paid plans include a commercial usage license. Free plan generations are for personal, non-commercial use only.

How do I get certified?
Submit your creator for review from the Certification tab in your dashboard. Reviews typically complete within two business days.
How long does certification review take?
Most reviews are completed within two business days. You'll get an email as soon as a decision is made.
What happens if my creator doesn't pass?
You'll receive specific feedback on what to adjust — usually related to Cultural Root accuracy or disclosure labeling — and can resubmit at no extra cost.
Do I need to renew certification?
Certification stays valid unless you make major changes to a creator's identity or cultural styling, which triggers a re-review.
Is certification required before I publish?
Yes, ATII certification is required before any AI Twinfluencer™ can be published or used commercially on VARYNT.
Account and Login

Can I change my email?
Yes, from Account Settings → Profile. You'll need to verify the new address before it becomes active.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support using the form below with "Account" as the topic and we'll process the deletion within two business days.
Can I use single sign-on (SSO)?
SSO is available on Vanguard team accounts. Reach out through the support form with "Product" as the topic to get it set up.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Account Settings → Security and turn on Two-Factor Authentication. You'll need an authenticator app to scan the setup code.
Can I have more than one team member on my account?
Team seats are available on Pro and Vanguard plans. Add teammates from Account Settings → Team.
Why was I logged out unexpectedly?
Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity, or immediately if a password change is made from another device for security.
